Kari Myers brings 17 years of experience investing real estate and operating small businesses in both Canada and USA.

 

She purchased her first investment property in 2005 in Mississauga, Ontario in Canada. 

 

Since then she has built a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio of single family homes and condos across Frisco, Lewisville, Anna and Richardson in the state of Texas.  

In addition, she has also teamed up with others as a Limited and Co-General Partner, on various projects properties across Colorado, Texas, Florida and Georgia for a combined total of over 1700 Apartment Doors 300 Hotel Rooms, 3 Chef-Driven Restaurants and 2 Ground Floor Retail Spaces. These include Class A - New Development, B & C - Value-Add and Opportunistic.  As well as a Hotel-to-Multifamily Conversion.
